Peace of mind while booking your holiday!

The current situation regarding Covid-19 is evolving fast. We follow the WHO declaring this disease as a global pandemic, many of you will be reconsidering your travel plans at a suitable time.

To give you PEACE OF MIND while booking your holiday with us, VAC Travel is increasing the flexibility of payments and cancellations of the tours booking from March 2022 until we have a different notice.

I. Payment Options:

  1. Deposit. $200 per person or 20% of the total amount of the booking if the booking is more than US$1000 per person is required upon booking.
  2. Full Payment - Full payment shall be received no later than 60 days (2 months) prior to the Customer’s arrival, or if the booking is made within 60 days (2 months) prior to the Customer’s arrival, full payment must be made upon signing the Reservation Form. II. Cancellation Options

For all bookings made anywhere in the world made from Mar 2022 until we have a different notice (This time may change according to the COVID -19 condition).

01. You could Postpone the trip - There is No fee applicable and move to the different traveling dates as you wish.

02. You could cancel the booking with at least 07 days’ notice for an individual traveler and 30 days' notice for the group. There is No fee applicable, The Deposit and Full payment will remain for the upcoming Holiday trip in the future

03. You could cancel the trip and get a full refund - This refund would be made to the mode of payment used to make the booking.


The following policies will apply: You will receive a full refund of the tour fees paid less any actual out-of-pocket expenses that the service provider may have incurred that he cannot recover or cancel (for instance non-cancellable tickets booked such as domestic air tickets, cruises, train, visa..., we will give you the Nonrefundable services in detail via the email).

Any refund, over and above what you would normally be eligible for, will be in the form of travel credits to you, which can be used to purchase future travel on VAC Travel.
