We offer internal airfare service inside Vietnam (Not International Airfares). There are some different airline companies such as Vietnam Airlines, Jetstar Airlines, VietJet Air, and Baboo airway.
Here is the rule of airfare booking.
- Rules for Booking: Copying a passport is required.
- Reservations can be made for up to 09 passengers (excluding infants) per booking.
Adults:
From 12 years old at the time of traveling on the first flight.
Children:
From 2 to under 12 years old at the time of traveling on the first flight.
Infants:
From 7 days to under 2 years old (at the time of traveling on the first flight for itineraries wholly operated by Vietnam Airlines; at the time of traveling on the last flight for itineraries having a flight operated by other airlines).
- Children must travel with an accompanying parent/authorized person. Tickets must be booked under the same reservation
iii. Infants without a seat will be issued a ticket at a discount of 90% off the applicable adult fare.
- Infants with the seat are currently not accepted for booking.
- Children will be issued a ticket at a discount of 25% off the applicable adult fare.
- Passengers under 14 years of traveling alone are required a commitment letter from a legitimate representative to operate the airline.
vii. Website fares are exclusive for website purchases and subject to the availability of seats.
viii. Your fare and reservation are not guaranteed until successful payment.
- Rules for fares, taxes, and fees
- Total fare payment includes all airport and passenger taxes, fees, and charges applying for the entire itinerary. However, some airport service charges may not be included due to the airport’s policy.
- Vietnam Airlines' headquarter is located in Vietnam; Vietnam Airlines shall not be responsible for any fees that may be levied by the issuing bank while purchasing tickets on the Vietnam Airlines website. Please check with your issuing bank for details of the fees if any.
- Rules for international payment card verification (VISA/MASTER/JCB)
- At the check-in, the cardholder is required to present the payment card, eTicket, and Passport for verification of payment card.
- In case the cardholder cannot proceed to the airport for payment card verification, the cardholder is required to verify at the Vietnam Airlines office before the flight departure.
iii. For ticket change/reroute, the cardholder is required to present the payment card, eTicket, and Passport for verification of payment card at the Vietnam Airlines office.
- Failing to verify payment cards will lead to boarding denial or a new ticket purchase.

- If your reservation is affected by a schedule change, we will send the schedule change notification to your registered email.
