Awesome trip to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

We had an awesome trip to Ho Chi Minh!!! Mr. Duke Nguyen, did a fantastic job in preparing a tour package.based on our preference and needs. I am generally a "do it yourself travel planner", me and my family usally do a backpacker style of travelling. We do our itinerary from scratch, we do the booking of everything by ourselves, including hotel accomodations, airport transfer and transportation. However, our recent trip to Ho Chi Minh is quite different and challenging because we are composed of 17 adults and 1 child. Family and friends decided to join us. In a country like Vietnam, and with limited days, we decided to canvass for a travell agency to make our travel easily. I inquired for about 5 different local agency in Vietnam. Out of the 5 I decided to choose Mr. Duke Nguyen, because he is the quickest to reply among all of them. He called me at once upon receiving my inquiry, unfortunately the line is not good, but he made it sure that I will be made aware that he is attending to my inquiry. He was very professional and always available. He always reply through viber and email. He gave me great information and was open and honest. He was not tiring to accomodate all of our questions and concerns on anything but gave us great advice. all the difference is in developing a well thought out plan. He maximized all our time. Every detail was arranged for us with the best of driver, transportation and tour guides. I am really confident and satisfied with Mr. Duke Nguyen and would certainly seek him again for my next tour in Vietnam, or even to Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. I have refered Mr. Duke Nguyen's name and contact information to a lot of my friends. I can say enough about how professional and friendly he was.
