CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

(i) If the Tour is not paid for by the due date, the Company shall have the right to cancel the Tour.

(ii) In the event that the Company does not receive the minimum number of bookings to provide the Tour, the Company, at its own discretion, shall be entitled to cancel or curtail the Tour at any time up to 4 weeks prior to the arrival of the Customer and the Customer shall not be entitled to make any claim for loss arising as a consequence of cancellation or curtailment in these circumstances. The Company shall notify the Customer within seven days of cancellation or curtailment required by the foregoing circumstances.

02. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

When the Customer cancels the Tour reservation, then the effective date of cancellation will be the date the Company receives written notification. The cancellation charge to the Customer is listed below.

>30 days: deposit is forfeited 30-08 days: 30% of the Tour price is forfeited 07-03 days: 50% of the Tour price is forfeited 48 hours and no-show: non-refundable For the avoidance of doubt, since some suppliers (hotels, cruise companies) have cancellation policies that are different from those of the Company, the cancellation charge may, at the Company’s discretion, be adjusted accordingly.

No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the Tour prices but not utilized by the Tour member.

Tour itinerary

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh Arrival (D)

Upon arriving Ho Chi Minh city (please advise us of your arrival time). you will meet the private driver and guide at the airport and then go to the hotel for check-in and have a rest after along fly time.

19.00. meet the private guide and driver at the lobby and go for Welcome Dinner at the local restaurant.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh - Cu Chi Tunnels (B)

After breakfast at 08.30, you will meet the private driver at the airport, then you will depart to visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels system in Ben Duoc. Cu Chi Tunnels is an underground tunnels network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the struggle for independence. It took about 25 years to build this underground city, which has living rooms, kitchens, hospitals, weapon factories, storage facilities and command center. The tunnel system was an excellent way for the Vietcong to move around the countryside undetected by the Americans and home to around 10,000 people who lived underground for several years. Then try some local food on-site before the drive back to Ho Chi Minh city. Go to the local restaurant for lunch.

After lunch, Then take the leisurely walk to visit the Note Dame Cathedral, the center Post Office, and go to visit Ben Thanh market then go back to your hotel to have a rest.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta (B/L)

At.08.00 am, after Breakfast at the hotel and today you will meet the private guide and driver then transfer to Tourist Boat Station in My Tho. Cruising on Tien River and seeing four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise, Phoenix.

Enjoy fresh coconut juice. Boat runs along with fish farms for the traveler to learn about local people how to feed fishes. Stop at Thoi Son island, go walking around the country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, listen to traditional music.

To sail up Tien River, the boat takes you to Chua Canal in Ben Tre Province, take a Rowing Boat on a small canal with beautiful scenery of the countryside. To visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea.

After that ride horse-drawn carriages along a country lane in Quoi Son Village to seeing orchards and local people’s life. To Tan Thach Village to visit the Coconut Candy workshop, come back to the boat and return to My Tho and back to Ho Chi Minh.

Day 4: Ho Chi Minh - Phnom Penh (B)

This morning, after breakfast, you will check out at 09.00 am. Then meet the private guide and driver, then you will start discovering the Independent Palace where the French Governor and the 02 Sai Gon Presidents Lived and worked before the year 1975. Go to the local restaurant for lunch and then go to the airport for a short flight to Phnom Penh.

Upon arriving at the Phnom Penh airport, you will meet the driver and go to the hotel, check-in and have a rest.

Day 5: Phnom Penh City Discovery (B)

Today, We will visit the Royal Palace compound build in 1866 by the Predecessors of King Norodom, which is the most conspicuous feature and also one of the impressive colorful Khmer-style Palaces. Nearside the Royal Palace is Silver Pagoda (The Emerald Buddha temple), which display plenty of Buddha Statues that were decorated and made by diamond, emerald, gold, and silver.

Continuing visit to National Museum, the distinctive red building with a beautiful Khmer architecture was build since 1917 and contains more than 5000 art objects made of sandstone, bronze, silver, copper, wood, and others. Travelers will proceed to visit Independence Monument, which was constructed in 1954 after Cambodian took their country back from the French colony.

We will learn about the dark side of Cambodia – Its more recent turbulent and harrowing history. Initially, you visit the Toul Sleng Genocide Museum (also known as S21), ironically a former school, located in a quiet Phnom Penh suburb, this was the infamous Khmer Rouge prison/torture center.

We visit Wat Phnom is a Buddhist temple located in the center of Phnom Penh City. It was built in 1373 and stands 27 meters above the ground. It is the tallest religious structure in the city. We will stop at Central Market is located in the heart of the Phnom Penh.

The Khmer name of the market is Phsar Thmei, which translates to a “new market”. The Central Market was built in 1937 during the French colonial period, in Art Deco style, and is painted bright ochre.

We enjoy our cyclo ride along the riverside. This laidback tour gives us a different perspective of the streets and sights of the city. We will enjoy a cruise for view sunset on the Mekong and Tonle Sap River (1 hour). then return to the hotel.

Day 6: Phnom Penh - Siem Reap (B)

Today we travel by road from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. On route, you will have a chance to stop on the way to take a photo and witness the everyday lives of Cambodians as you pass through interesting provincial towns, bucolic villages, and delightful scenery.

This is no ‘freeway dash’ as you will often slow down to let cows and water buffalo wander across the road, pass a horse-drawn carriage, and school kids walking and cycling to/from school. On route, you may wish to stop off in Kompong Kdei, to look at Spean Pratos – an ancient Angkorian bridge.

We may choose to stop at Skoun, also known as ‘Spider vile’ due to the deep-fried tarantula that is the local delicacy, we will try if you wish.

Upon arrival in Siem Reap you will check-in to your hotel after which you are free at leisure for the rest of the evening.

Day 7: Siem Reap - Tonle Sap Lake - Luang Prabang (B)

Today, we will visit a floating village on the Tonle Sap lake where we can experience a unique lifestyle. The lake is the largest freshwater in Southeast Asia. The size of the water body changes dramatically during the year.

It is very rich in fish, snakes, crocodiles, turtles, turtles, and otters. About 700 fishing families live on the lake. We visit a floating restaurant where we can have lunch based on daily fishing. So back to Siem Reap and the rest of the day is free, so you can buy souvenirs.

Then go to the airport for a short fly to Luang Prabang.

Upon arrival, you will meet the private guide and driver, then go to the hotel for check-in.

After the check-in time. you will take a leisure walk to discover the Capital with the local guide before going to have dinner at the local restaurant.

Day 8: Luang Prabang -Kuang Si Waterfall (B)

For early risers, alms giving ceremony is a good chance to learn about local culture. We suggest you enjoy the sunrise at the crossroads in town around 05.00 when you will also see monks in saffron robes from Luang Prabang’s many temples walking in long silent processions searching for offerings left to them by the faithful.

Then it’s time for a sunrise moment on the Phousi Mountain where you also can have a nice panorama of the city.

Visit the morning market, a perfect place to meet the locals, dine on Lao food and watch the people as they wander. Grab yourself a frosty bevy and a slice of blood sausage and check it out.

Enjoy a short drive to visit Vat Xieng Thong or Temple of the Royal City- one of the most important of Lao monasteries and remains a significant monument to the spirit of religion, royalty and traditional art.

Afterward, we head to Kuang Si Falls a stunning turquoise waterfall. On the way, you will pass through rice fields and beautiful small villages dotted along a country road. Make a stop at some of the villages before relaxing at the waterfall. Take a fresh swim to refresh yourself in many basins.

In the afternoon, we transfer back Luang Prabang and visit the Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre located in a historical building preserved by UNESCO. The exhibition here consists of traditional clothing, religious artifacts and daily working tools of Lao minorities that will help you understand more about their lifestyle and traditions.

Leaving here, one the way back to the hotel, we will stop to visit the H’ mong Night Market where you can find a lot of souvenirs in the traditional style of Laos. This is also a paradise for the street food lover, and you can have dinner on your own. Our guide will suggest you a good place to enjoy Laos traditional food or hot pot in a nice restaurant at the bank river.

Day 9: Luang Prabang -Pak Ou Cave (B/L)

Get up early, have breakfast, check out and meet the private guide and driver, go to visit the morning market where you can immerse in the bustling atmosphere with hill tribe villagers if you are interested in.

Continue your journey on the Mekong River. Along the way, make some stops at local villages to observe the traditional lifestyle of Laotian. Rejoin the boat for a delicious lunch.

Make your way to the Pak Ou Cave featuring thousands of Buddha statues carved on a limestone cliff. Take your time to explore numerous statues with different sizes and shapes.

Cruise further downstream from Pak Ou to reach Luang Prabang where you arrive in the early evening. Then go to the hotel to rest.

Day 10: Luang Prabang - Vang Vieng (B)

After breakfast In the morning, you will check out and travel by road to Vang Vieng- a riverside town in Central Laos. It is surrounded by splendid karst scenery and overflowing with activities such as caving and tubing down the river.

Make a stop in Kasi, isolated from everything and with an area dedicated to the cultivation of local fruits.

When you arrive at Vang Vieng, check-in your hotel. The room is at your disposal from 14.00 onward.

Visit Tham Chang cave - one of the most important caves of Vang Vieng. It is situated on the Southern side of Vang Vieng. Tham Chang (or Jang) became the home for migrating people, who settled near the town’s southern Meuang Xong Village to rise vegetables.

At the foot of the cave crystal clear water runs out of the mountain into the river. From this cave, you can see beautiful views of the village and rice fields.

Then transfer back to the hotel.

Day 11: Vang Vieng Discovery (B)

Today, you will spend more time do discover further Vang Vieng- a riverside town in Central Laos. In the morning, you will transfer by car to Ban Pha Thao - about 15 km from North of Vang Vieng.

You will start your 2 hours hike and make 2 stops to visit 2 caves. The first stop is Tham Hoi cave (also known as Snail cave). The entrance to Tham Hoi is guarded by a large Buddha figure. The cave is said to be some four kilometers long. The next stop is Tham Xang cave (also known as Elephant Cave).

Located in a scenic karst area to the northeast of Thakaek, Tham Xang is one of many famous caves known for its remarkable limestone formation. The area surrounding offers beautiful scenery and from the view of the top of the cave entrance, you can see the stretching Mekong River. Then, you will continue your trip to Lao Loum village- where you will take a vehicle to the town.

In the afternoon, you will ride a bicycle to the Blue Lagoon through Ban Tai Nguen Nathong. You could also visit a village weaving Lao Loum and H 'mong, Nathong Tai- where you can take a glimpse of the daily life of the locals as well as their lifestyle. Blue Lagoon might be crowded these days, but this is a great spot to relax and cool off, especially as a reward after a hot sweaty bike ride on a bone-jarring dirt road.

At the Blue Lagoon, you can also visit Tham Poukham or “Cave of the Golden Crab,” named because a few of the stalactites and stalagmites look like golden crabs.

The entrance requires a steep, slippery climb up a trail before the cave dives 100 meters into the ground, through a narrow entrance and opening up into the first chamber which is well lit and contains a bronze reclining Buddha illuminated by a ray of sunlight.

In the late afternoon, you will come back to your hotel.

Day 12: Vang Vieng - Vientiane (B)

Today, you will take a road to Vientiane. On the way, you will visit Vang Xang- where remains dozens of Buddha images dating from the 16th century. Then, make some stops at some villages to have a glimpse of the life of the locals. When arriving in Vientiane, our guide will transfer you to the hotel to check-in.

Day 13: Vientiane - Buhhda Park - Hanoi (B)

Today, you have plenty of time to explore the hidden charm of Vientiane with various historic sites including Vat Phra Keo - one of the most impressive and interesting temples in Vientiane, Vat Sisaket - feature beautiful architecture and layout; Pha That Louang - the most important Laotian religious and Patuxay - the most prominent landmark in the city which offers an excellent panoramic view of the city.

In the afternoon, make your way to the famous Buddha Park - home to hundreds of Buddha statues and an enormous Buddha image which is 40m in length.

Take your time to explore its unique statues with different sizes and shapes of humans, Godheads, and animals.

Transfer back to your hotel. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Then you will say goodbye the driver and guide, back to the van and go to the airport for a short flight to Hanoi.

Upon arrival at Hanoi airport, you will meet the private driver and then go to the hotel for check-in and have a rest.

Day 14: Hanoi City Discovery (B)

08:30 am. pick-up at your Hotel. Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace and Ho Chi Minh ‘s house. Then, the One-pillar Pagoda and then you will walk through Ngoc Ha village to experience where you can interact with the local people to know more about the daily lives of Hanoians.

Visit the Ethnology Museum which is the best museum in Hanoi to learn about the customs and traditions of the 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups.

Have lunch at the local restaurant.

After lunch, you will visit the Temple of Literature built in 1070 and the very first university of Vietnam built-in 1076.

Visit Hoa Lo prison (known as Hanoi Hilton) where American prisoners were kept during the Vietnam-U.S. war.

Enjoy a cyclo ride (known as “rickshaw”) in the Old Quarter and its 36 commercial streets before attending an amusing water puppet show performed by the northern Vietnamese since the 11th century, then walk in the Hanoi old quarter before returning to the hotel.

Day 15: Hanoi - Sapa - The Rooftop Of Indochina -Fansipan Mt (B)

After breakfast, you will check out and get into the Limousine Car and drive up to Sapa hill station. You will stop sometimes for toilet and coffee on the way.

Arrive Sapa, you will go to the hotel to check-in

In the afternoon, you are free at your own leisure time.

we suggest you take the train from Sapa to the root of Fansipan Mountain ( you do not need to make the reservation in advance, you buy directly the ticket from the sapa town at the Fansipan office.) and then, take the cable Private Car up to the summit (1143m high above sea level).

You will take the cable Private Car to the top and enjoy the incredible view from the cable Private Car and the top of the summit.

Enjoy the hike to the peak of Fansipan the end of the Himalaya range) enjoy some coffee (your account) and return to the cable Private Car and go down to the root of the mountain and take the train back to sapa town. You are free to discover sapa at night-time.

Day 16: Sapa - Bac Ha Sunday Market (B/L)

At 08.00 am. After breakfast, you will check out and meet the private driver and guide and depart to visit the Bac Ha Sunday Market.

This fascinating market opens every Sunday morning only. The different colorful ethnic minorities come all here to sell their homemade products or buy something for the family. They are Hmong, Phu La, Back Dzao, Tay or Nung minorities.

Some of these ethnic minorities can’t be met in Sapa Town. You have a chance to interact with the local people here.

Especially, the local restaurant at the market is the must-see (should not miss) destination. The local people eating, drinking and interact together for the best happiness time in a week. You also could visit the animal section where the local people sell their pets and animal such as dogs, pigs, chicken, buffalo, and birds.

After the market, you will go to the local restaurant for lunch (your account. Note. Please do not expect too high the local food here- just simple local food only).

After lunch, you will go to the Ban Pho Village to learn the local life of the Flower Hmong tribes before the drive back to Sapa. You will stop over the Vietnamese – Chinese border for a few photos and then return to the hotel in Sapa.

Day 17: Sapa - Ma Tra - Ta Phin Villages - Hanoi (B)

After breakfast at the hotel at 8.30 am. you will meet the private local guide and driver and go to the untouched Ma Tra village with the local Hmong people.

You will take a leisure walk down to the Matra Village, visit the local family, interact with the local Hmong people to learn the tradition and custom with your experienced guide and enjoy the beautiful view in the village.

Then get to your Private Car and go to visit the second village called Ta Phin village where the Red Dao people have been settled for years. You will have the chance to discover the different life-styles of those 02 group of people in the same region.

Then return to Sapa town, check out and then go to the local restaurant for lunch (your account) and then get on the limousine van at 14.30 and return to Hanoi.

Arrival Hanoi about 21.00. check-in the hotel and have a rest.

Day 18: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D)

07.45 – 8:30: Our luxury limousine or shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and start our trip to explore the most amazing bay in the North of Vietnam. On the way, we will have a quick stop in the middle of the way to rest.

12.30: Arrive in our office at Hon Gai Pier, you will have a bit of time to relax and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. Wait for our captain to finish the registration and transfer by tender to our boat.

12.45: Enjoy a welcome drink and spend a couple of minutes to briefing about safety on boat and activities included then we check in our cabin.

13.30: Delicious Vietnamese set menu will be served while leisurely cruising further into Bai Tu Long Bay.

15.00: Arrive in kayaking area – that is Cap La Island. Enjoy kayaking through the karst and breathtaking nature, swimming and relaxing.

17.30: Get back to the boat and enjoys our Sunset party while our cruise sailing to the overnight anchorage.

19.00: Sumptuous set-dinner on board.

20.30: Free time to challenge yourself in Vietnamese puzzle games, or gathers your group/family for a board game; try your luck with squid fishing or simply have a cocktail and enjoy the quiet night on the bay.

Our tour guide will provide some interesting stories of Ha Long Bay and this Cave, made by Mother Nature.

09.00: Back to the boat to pack and check out of your cabin. Prepare to join in our traditional cooking demonstration.

10.30: Vietnamese cooking demonstration on boat. 11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch.

12.00: Disembark in Hon Gai pier

12.30: Farewell Halong Bay then returns to Hanoi
