Cancellation Policy
There is any cancellation booking that must be made 30 days before departure.
If you wish to cancel the booking less than 30 days please follow.
- From 30-08 days: 30% of the Tour price is forfeited
- From 07-03 days: 50% of the Tour price is forfeited
- From 48 hours and no-show: non-refundable
Refund Policy
There is no refund with the unused service
If you cancel the booking due to the personal issue please follow the cancelation policy above.
Confirmation Policy
All the booking services are made and confirm via email.
The confirmation will be made after the booking confirmation in 12 to 24 hours( except the weekend and holiday time).
Another Note.
- Please bring enough stuff for an overnight trip on the cruise only, the rest of your baggage will store at the hotel
- Due to the Halong Bay fee may change in the year 2020. we will apply the surcharge case by case according to the time of the booking.
Children Policy:
- The kid under 04 years old- Free of charge - share the same bed with parents.
- The kid from 04-011 years- 75% charged - stay the same room with the parent with extra bed
- The kid from 11 years- 75% charged - stay the same room with the parent with extra bed
- The kid from 12 years old- charged as an adult
Surcharge during the Holiday time:
- Xmas Time: 24 Dec: 36 USD/person/Night
- New year Holiday time 31 Dec:36 USD/person/Night
- Chinese New Year time ( 30, 01, 02 (03 nights)). 36 USD/person/Night
- These days are changeable year after year.
